The pelleting process means to subject a flour to a combined effect of compression and extrusion.


Features of the pelleting equipment:

  • Complete installation of Granulation Lines, with presses, coolers, cyclones, steam boilers and systems for greasing, shredding and adding liquids to the press.
  • Fully automated control of the pelleting process.
  • Counter-current Cooler with 3 sensors: minimum, maximum and overload.
  • Shredders with long life casting rollers. Pneumatic handling of the bypass cap.
  • Feeder and Conditioner (Possibility of double conditioner).
